Following the news that East Staffordshire Borough Council and the Brewhouse Arts Centre plan to host a range of events this autumn, the programme for the first event, the Roundabout Theatre, has now been confirmed.
The ‘Roundabout’ is pop up state of the art theatre with LED lighting and surround sound, which will host a packed programme of live theatre, music and comedy, as well as family shows and workshops for young people, from Bargates in Burton upon Trent.
Councillor Bernard Peters, Deputy Leader for Community and Regulatory Services, said: “I’m delighted that we are able to confirm the programme for the Roundabout Theatre. This is a fantastic opportunity to see live theatre, music and comedy in a unique setting on Bargates.
“The Roundabout Theatre is just one aspect of the Council’s ongoing Stay Local campaign which aims to encourage residents and visitors to discover East Staffordshire.”
