East Staffordshire Borough Council has recently launched a new consultation on its Homelessness Strategy for 2023-2028, following a recent consultation into the Homelessness Review earlier this year.
The Council has produced a draft version of the Homelessness Strategy, inviting residents to share their thoughts so that a finalised strategy can be produced. The draft document can be viewed on the Council’s website at: https://www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk/housing-and-property/housing-strategy-and-homelessness-strategy
Those wanting to share their views on the draft Homelessness Strategy can do so by emailing [email protected].
Residents are asked to submit any comments by Sunday 22nd October 2023.
Cllr Simon Slater, Cabinet Member for Communities and Regulatory Services, said: “Following on from the previous consultation, the Council continues to seek residents’ views, this time focusing on the Homelessness Strategy. This is a vital document in the Council’s provision of homelessness assistance across the Borough and I invite all residents to share their views on this important matter.”
